WANNA KNOW WHAT COLORS WILL BE IN THIS SPRING?

So Pantone has predicted the colors that will be in. I say "predicted" but they were handed out two years ago to anyone who makes and distributes anything. look for these colors not only in clothes but anything at Target, Crate and Barrel, Pottery Barn, etc etc. Everyone who owns a large company pays Pantone to tell them what colors are "In." And we fall for this and keep buying new colors hence giving the economy a boost because we have learned to be fickle and not like what we have> :0) I know this because I have entirely too much fabric. Just ask my neighbors and friends.
In my opinion I don't like the silver cloud, the silver peony, the lavendar looks dirty and the pink is TOO pink. I like a pretty pink. The rest of them are ok. :0) I think I want to swap out lipstick red for the coral one too. Beeswax looks cheddar so that makes me happy and suddenly I like brown....no doubt because it has hit the fabric scene for a couple of years now. See how this works?
What do you like and not like???

Mary Lou,

When you click on the picture and just see the colours I like the honeysuckle [pink] blue curacao [aqua] and the beeswax [cheedar].

The silver peony looks flesh coloured to me and the lavender looks more like a periwinkle blue.

I don't usually like browns, but the russet isn't bad.

Interesting colors. . .I suppose they all would pair well with some bright happy fabrics. . .but, they are not my first choice! :)

I have to say, if those are the "in" colors for the spring; my "fabric diet" will not be hard to keep up. I don't like them at all.

Well they asked the wrong people, lol.
No way would I wear those colors;)
I am stuck in my own little color zone, basic black for tops, they match everything.

Not my favorite. Guess we'll have to wait and see what happens.

Not really excited about any of these. :-( Like the brown best of all. I'm waiting for the red, white and blue year. :-)

Yuk. These are muddy, muddy colors. The only one we like is "blue curacao". In any case, we're glad to know about this site - didn't know they were setting the "tone" (so to speak) for product makers !

ugh, once again more boring colors that are "in" although I do like that Beeswax/Cheddar. Still no blues to love. sigh.
