This Soup-Made for Quilter's Who want EASY and DELICIOUS!
So what quilter or sewing person or crafter doesn't want a simple delicious crock pot recipe? Molly Evangelisti shared this on my chatroom and it is going to be our dinner tomorrow night. YUMYUM. For you girls in the cold, this is perfect!
This soup is a popular one at my local quilt shop. Whenever there is an
all day class….everyone wants 8 Can Soup. Dump contest of cans
(including liquid) in crock pot - heat and enjoy!
NOTE FROM THE COOK!
So I made the 8 can soup tonight for dinner with some fresh french bread and a salad. As I was making it, I remembered that I DID drain the liquid from the olives. I don't eat a lot of salt and that water is quite salty. Guess you can do it either way. Enjoy!
1 can corn
2 cans Hormel tamales (sliced)
1 can olives (cut up a bit)
1 can hominy
1 can no bean chili
1 can tomatoes (chopped in juice)
1 can black beans
* all are regular size cans
