JACKSON HOLE- A PLACE TO ENJOY EVERYTHING THAT IS GOOD IN LIFE!

Quilting in the Tetons is a wonderful experience and a wonderful conference. Creative, friendly and fun! Lots of creative women from many states came to be together in Jackson Hole.

There are four of these antler arches in the town square. They are beautiful!

I wanted to share this darling quilt that was influenced by my angel book. Isn't it wonderful?

This is Connie and her darling Mom who took my Flower Power class. I taught for five days and had a wonderful time with creative, happy and fun women who all made friends and enjoyed the surroundings, restaurants and ambience of Jackson Hole. It is a fabulous place to visit.

Here is Bobbie with one of her Flower Power creations. Doesn't she have a pretty smile? I enjoyed the Canadian girls who came from Alberta. The accents reminded me of my Grandmother and Aunts and they were creative and so fun.

Flower Power samples on the wall. Aren't they fun?

The walls were filled completely with Hoochy Mama blocks and then someone took theirs down before I could get this photo-the room was filled with happy color and design

Lots of fun samples from the Hoochy Mama class in lovely Jackson Hole

Happy girls that were productive and fun! This class rocked!

The above sample was done by a girl who only works in Civil War fabrics- she won these fabrics and she didn't know what to think when she was done. I think they are wonderful! Stay tuned for a photo of her with this-and she has a look on her face like she is in shock- great fabrics!

Here I am above next to the "Plaid to Meet You" wall. The girls in the class began their quilt of plaids by making houses, trees, pumpkins and hearts-they will put them all into a lovely one of a kind quilt with a plaid border. How fun is that? And lots of great variety too!

Above are the talented girls of the plaid to meet you class.

Above are (Robyn from Salt Lake City) samples from the Flower Power class (A+)-the pumpkin is in the Flower Power book and she did a great job making it! Plus a duck she made up!

This Mom on the left came with her daughters, daughter in law, friend and sister in law-she has 24 Grandchildren-Can you imagine holiday time? They were a party to be with!

Plaid to Meet you samples from my handouts- this is a FUN class!

More hoochy blocks- they were everywhere!

Below is stuff from the Flower Power class and flying geese from the Hoochy book

Isn;t the blocks below fab? This girl had hair down to her knees! Can you imagine? Alot of work for her but we all enjoyed watching it flow when she walked.

Below is a good example of what two days in the hoochy class can accomplish- it is a ton of fun!

Great pictures Mary Lou, it looks like everyone had fun with your techniques.

Glad someone got to push their colour boundaries with the fabric win. Who knows maybe she will convert.

Can't wait to hear about your adventures at market.
