THE MAGIC OF THE FLOWER POWER BOOK AND WORKSHOPS-YOU SHOULD SEE WHAT WE ARE DOING NOW!

The quilt in the background is one of my Flower Power books-this Seattle lady is trying to hide perhaps from the camera....it is a cool quilt!

This bird I made is HUGE and too big for any of my quilts......

The fabric we used in this flower power is awesome and still available in two colorways on my website at Marylouquiltdesigns.com

I teach the Hoochy Mama/Flower Power classes for shops and guilds...watch my schedule on my website-it is ever changing and growing....I'd love to meet you in this fun workshop

There are millions and flowers and variations of flowers and these make awesome quilts!

Great pictures again Mary Lou, once I get my purging spring cleaning done and find my flower power book, I'll be making some of my own to go with some house blocks I'm making.

You are so inspiring! Thanks,
Sandi in New Westminster B.C.

Your classes look like so much fun and all the bright colors. I do a lot of prim, but I also love bright colors and folk art. I also love to do free motion quilting, so I will have to let loose and have some fun with some bright folk art and hand quilting, you really motivate me to have fun with my quilting.

These wonderful, bright and oh-so-colorful flowers remind me that even though more snow and cold weather is predicted this weekend for Iowa, spring and summer will eventually come. Your students do such wonderful work, Mary Lou. I can see in their quilts that you successfully share your love of life with them--Hope I get to take one of your classes someday.
