I am on my way to GRAND RAPIDS, Michigan for Hoochy/Flower Power FUN!

Wanna take Hoochy Mama or Flower Power class or come to a lecture Monday or Tuesday?
Contact this email-selc986@msn.com
So, this is my first teaching trip to Michigan. Can you believe -NO hoochy mama/flower power people there. How can this be? Hopefully, I will convert all of them to see how very much fun creativity and getting "out of the box" is. :0) I am planning on meeting alot of lovely and fun people. I will be back Wed. in time for Mel to come and sew and have fun over the weekend! Hope you have fun things planned around sewing and friendship too!

Allie, I waved my magic wand and you are now an "official" hoochy mama. :0) You will start getting the giggles and have an uncontrolable urge to sew and not worry about seam allowances and dull fabric combinations....you will love the new feeling I promise-I have only had 2 people who couldn't do it and they had a case of the gtumps. :0) Haha

I love that picture of all the suitcases but where is the kitchen sink? tee hee
I didn't know I was a "hoochy mama" but I must excel at it as I do not worry about seam allowances. I don't mind
fudging when I'm stitching and eating fudge while I'm stitching makes it even better. :-)

Have a wonderful time in Michigan, I hope you have sunny skies and lots of fun, can't wait to see the latest creations.

I have to get back to sewing some of my hoochy blocks and then start designing my story quilt for the centre.

In sunny, warm albeit late evening second to last day of summer New Westminster. B.C.
