QUILTING IN THE TETONS just contacted me and does this sound fun or what???
They wrote an email to me saying in part.....
"I thought it would be fun to use one of your ‘quilt ladies’, dressed up in cowboy gear, excitedly going to our classes, our ‘Ladies Night Out’ event and all the get-togethers during the week.
We are planning to have our night out at the ‘Cowboy Bar’ in downtown Jackson Hole. This will be Wednesday night, October 7th 2009. We will have dinner there and a program of entertainment given by Yvonne Hollenbeck, a ‘cowboy poet’. She will present her ‘Trunk Show’ using poetry as she shows off her collection of 3 generations of family quilts. "
SO, if you like my designs (me Mary Lou), they are doing buttons and themes using my cowgirls and cowboys and it is sure to be a fabulous time!
I will be there in October of this year and I will be teaching Plaid to Meet You for 2 days, Hoochy Mama and Flower Power for one day each. Come and join in the fun. I will be taking my pink tiara cowgirl hat that Jackie gave me. Yeeehaaaaaa!
